  1. The 2024 all inclusive tuition (7:30am-5:00pm + swimming lessons) has been set at $330.00 per child, per week.
  2. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $50 per child, per week selected, is required at the time of registration.
  3. Your tuition balance ($330 per week - $50 deposit per week = $280) is due by May 15th. Payments may be made at any time prior to this date. If your remaining balance has not been received by the camp office by May 15th, your registered weeks will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
  4. Melody Pines accepts payment in the form of cash, check, ACH/echeck or credit card. All credit card transactions will be subject to a 3% surcharge to offset the cost of credit card processing.  There are no surcharges for payments made by cash, check, or ACH/echeck.

Note: There will be a $30.00 charge for checks returned by the bank

  1. Registration will be available online for the Summer of 2024! Registration for Returning Families will begin on Monday, February 5, at 6:00am and for previously Waitlisted Families on February 6, at 6:00am.  Registration will open to New Families on Wednesday, February 7, at 6:00am.
  2. In order to complete your child's registration, you must submit copies of your child's most recent physical (which must be dated after Sept. 1, 2022), most recent immunization record, and health insurance card. Failure to supply all required paperwork within 2 weeks, will cause your child's registration to be cancelled.
  3. Melody Pines does not hold registration spots. Registration takes place on a first come first serve basis. As in years past, we anticipate the majority of our weeks will fill up fast, so be sure to act quickly.
  4. All registered campers for the Summer of 2024 will receive a Melody Pines T-Shirt!

Each camper must have a comprehensive health insurance policy in effect at all times when enrolled at Melody Pines. A copy of the camper's health insurance card (front and back) must be submitted at the time of registration.

In addition, the State of New Hampshire REQUIRES that you submit the following to Melody Pines Day Camp in order for your child to attend:

  1. A copy of your child's most recent physical, complete physical within the last 2 years (must be dated after Sept. 1st, 2022).
  2. A copy of your child's immunization record indicating that your child's immunizations are up to date.

Copies of your child's health insurance card, physical, and immunization record are due at the time of registration.  Failure to provide these required documents will result in the cancellation of your child's registration.

In addition, in order for all prescription and non-prescription medications to be administered, the parent/guardian must complete the Melody Pines Day Camp Permission to Administer Form along with current medication orders from the physician.  All medications must be provided in their original prescription containers.  

 

 

  1. Written notice of all cancellations must be received at the camp office by May 1st; emails are acceptable. Please check your school calendars! No cancellations will be accepted after May 1st.
  2. All cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your $50 non-refundable, non-transferable weekly deposit.
  3. After the cancellation deadline, you are financially responsible for all remaining weeks you have reserved and final tuition payments are due by May 15th.
  4. If your online registration account does not reflect your requested change within 1 week of sending your cancellation, please call us at (603) 669-9414 to confirm we have received it.
  5. Melody Pines Day Camp reserves the absolute right to cancel or modify your child's reservation.

What to Pack!

  1. Sweatshirt – Some mornings start off a little chilly at the lake.
  2. Bathing Suit, Towel – Please pack these every day.
  3. Swim Wrist Band - Your child's Melody Pines swim level wrist band must come with them to camp every day.
  4. Lunch – Please pack your child's lunch in a labeled bag or box.  Be sure to include an ice pack! Cans and glass containers are not allowed.
  5. Snack – Please pack a morning snack or change for the Snack Shack.
  6. Sunscreen – Please apply sunscreen heavily in the morning. If your child is sensitive to the sun, you may wish to pack additional sunscreen for his/her use.
  7. Wear Play Clothes, including sneakers. Sandals or open-toes shoes are not allowed.
  8. Water Bottle - Please pack a labeled water bottle. 

Remember: Please LABEL EVERYTHING with your child's first and last name.

What Not to Pack

  1. Parent/Guardian acknowledges that Parent/Guardian has read and agrees to the terms of payment, cancellation, and late pick-up fees.
  2. Parent/Guardian gives permission for Camper to be photographed by Melody Pines and for those photographs to be reproduced for any purpose that Melody Pines deems proper.
  3. This application has Parent/Guardian’s approval and consent. Parent/Guardian authorizes Melody Pines to act for Parent/Guardian according to Melody Pines best judgment in any emergency, including but not limited to having Camper treated by a certified physician.
  4. Parent/Guardian realizes fully that even after reasonable precautions are taken some activities such as but not limited to swimming, boating, water skiing, bb-guns and archery, may involve inherent risks for which Melody Pines cannot be held responsible and Parent/Guardian, on behalf of themselves and Camper, hereby releases Melody Pines from claims arising therefrom.
  5. Parent/Guardian has accurately completed this Application and has read, understands and agrees to the terms outlined herein. Parent/Guardian agrees to review all program materials sent and to complete all required forms. Parent/Guardian gives Camper permission to participate in all activities and programs at Melody Pines, unless Parent/Guardian has provided detailed written limitations to Melody Pines that have been accepted by Melody Pines. Parent/Guardian agrees that all aspects of this relationship with Melody Pines are governed by New Hampshire Law.
  6. Parent/Guardian and Camper agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations established by Melody Pines, from time to time, including without limitations, those relating to enrollment and withdrawal of Campers.
  7. Melody Pines reserves the right to dismiss, in its sole discretion, any Camper whose condition, conduct, influence or behavior is deemed unsatisfactory or detrimental to the best interests of Melody Pines or his/her fellow campers or who violates Melody Pines rules and regulations, in which case no refunds will be made.
  8. If tuition, fees or other monies due and owing to Melody Pines are not paid in full for Camper when due, Parent/Guardian will be liable for all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs.
  9. Each Camper must have a comprehensive insurance policy in effect at all times while enrolled at Melody Pines. A copy of the insurance card for Camper (front and back) must be submitted with this Application. In addition, each Camper must provide a record of a current physical (within 2 years), as well as his/her immunization records. Compliance with this Section to the satisfaction of Melody Pines is an absolute prerequisite to each Camper’s acceptance at Melody Pines.
  10. In the event of COVID-19 or other infectious disease transmission, Melody Pines shall not be liable for any illness or injury, including but not limited to death of a Camper or third party, that Melody Pines is under no obligation to detect same, and that it is the responsibility of parent/guardian to follow recommendations and/or conditions set forth by Melody Pines, the CDC and the State of New Hampshire, including but not limited to keeping their camper home if they exhibit any symptoms for a period of time as recommended by the CDC.
  11. In the event any claim is brought against Melody Pines, in which Melody Pines prevails, Melody Pines shall be entitled to an award equal to all attorneys’ fees, court costs and out-of-pocket expenses of Melody Pines and its staff.
  12. Parent/Guardian understands and acknowledges that this form is a legally binding New Hampshire Contract/Agreement.
