As promised, we are sending you our second update on our protocols for the Summer of 2021! We have been closely following all recommendations from both the State of NH and the CDC in regards to mask wearing and cohorting. These recommendations have been changing rapidly over the past few weeks and we expect that they will continue to change over the next couple of weeks/months. As such, our protocols are very likely to change over the course of this summer.
Masks - As of today, June 1st, all campers will be required to bring a labeled mask to camp. We highly recommend having your child keep his/her mask attached to a lanyard around their neck so that it stays clean and does not get lost.
Campers dropped off during the early block from 7:00 - 8:00pm or who remain at camp during the late block from 4:30 - 5:30pm, when campers from different cohorts may be mixed, will be required to wear a mask during those times. Campers will also be required to wear masks while indoors, such as in the craft shop. When campers are spread out outdoors with their own cohort groups, masks will be optional. If you believe your child should or would be most comfortable wearing a mask at all times, they are welcome to do so.
Cohort Groups - Campers have been divided into cohort groups of approximately 20 campers or less based on gender and grade level. Campers will remain in these cohorts throughout the camp day and will move through all play areas on a rotation. This includes Swimming (lessons and free swim), Gaga, the Gym, etc. If COVID cases continue to drop in NH, it is our hope that we will be able to move to our regular free choice afternoon as the summer progresses. We will keep you posted!
Again, we thank you in advance for your help and understanding this summer and look forward to seeing you all soon!
Thank You,
Steve and Erika
